The Bogs
The Bogs has been a long time favorite destination for the Adventure Club, and it is even more exciting now that OHAC is collaborating with the Buzzards Bay Coalition! The predominantly flat and open trails are great for the beginning hiker, yet the beauty can be appreciated by all! Adventure Guide Tim does like to lead the group into the forest trail, which does boast a mild incline and some tricky footing, depending on the flood stage of the subsequent swamp. Although, even if we have to double back or risk the dryness of our socks, we always have a great time out here. (Check out our pictures from the spring!) This a great trail for just getting yourself (and your dog!) OUT and reconnecting with nature. Expect about 4-5 miles of hiking on our standard adventure!
*While our Standard Adventures are always free, we encourage you to donate here: https://www.savebuzzardsbay.org/take-action/donate…
