SUMMARY:Standard Adventure: Massasoit State Park
DESCRIPTION:This session:\nMassasoit State Park \nMassasoit State Park holds a special place in our Adventure Club hearts; being the site of our first extended adventure. With horses to boot! This park boasts varied terrain and some steep elevation shifts in places\, along with spectacular views of a couple of Lake Rico and other small bodies of water. Although we are heading out with the expectation of a Standard Adventure\, we will see where the trail leads us on this Post-Thanksgiving Adventure Special. Expect about 4-5 miles of hiking on our standard adventure! \n**Adventures are typically held rain or shine. Please check Facebook\, Instagram and emails for severe weather cancellations.** \nTerrain: Rocky and rooted\, some steeper inclines \nYou need: Proper footwear.  Water and a snack. Signed Release Form. \nYour Dog needs: Properly fitting harness\, water and snacks. Signed Adventure Contract and EITHER – proof of up-to-date shots or OH Veterinary Release Form. \nParking: Paved Lot. \n**If this is your FIRST adventure\, please be to trail 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
