SUMMARY:Standard Adventure: Fairhaven Bike Path
DESCRIPTION:This session:\nFairhaven Bike Path and Center Village \nThe remnants of Hurricane Dorian is making its way up the coast and our neck of the woods will most likely see Tropical Storm conditions Friday (and potentially into Saturday.) If the weather clears earlier then predicted\, OHAC would still like to get ourselves OUT and about\, so for safeties sake\, Urban Adventure it is! Besides\, every once and awhile it is good for OHAC to come out of the wilderness and touch base with the rest of civilization. It allows us to restock\, grab some trail candy (and if the stars align) force Tinkle and Columbus to take a shower now and again! But don’t let the Urban Hike fool you–there is still plenty of Adventuring to take place! The Fairhaven Bike Path and Center Village is a popular destination for two-legged\, four-legged and any smattering of wheels alike–all of which pose a whole different Adventuring experience for our OutHounds and OutHumans. Come join OHAC and experience your everyday world thru Adventue Eyes! Expect about 4-5 miles of hiking on our standard adventure! \n**Adventures are typically held rain or shine. Please check Facebook\, Instagram and emails for severe weather cancellations.** \nTerrain: Mostly flat\, Some street-side walking \nYou need: Proper footwear. Water and a snack. Signed Release Form. \nYour Dog needs: Properly fitting harness\, water and snacks. Signed Adventure Contract and EITHER – proof of up-to-date shots or OH Veterinary Release Form. \nParking: Paved lot. \n**If this is your FIRST adventure\, please be to trail 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
