DESCRIPTION:This session:\nThe Bogs \nThe Bogs has been a long time favorite destination for the Adventure Club. The predominantly flat and open trails are great for the beginning hiker\, yet the beauty can be appreciated by all! Adventure Guide Tim does like to lead the group into the forest trail\, which does boast a mild incline and some tricky footing\, depending on the flood stage of the subsequent swamp. Although\, even if we have to double back or risk the dryness of our socks\, we always have a great time out here. (Check out our pictures from the spring!) This a great trail for just getting yourself (and your dog!) OUT and reconnecting with nature. Expect about 4-5 miles of hiking on our standard adventure! Lite Adventurers should expect about 2-3 miles. \nStandard Adventure to be immediately followed by a Lite Adventure. \n**Adventures are typically held rain or shine. Please check Facebook\, Instagram and emails for severe weather cancellations.** \nTerrain: Mostly flat\, Can become easily flooded.  Does allow hunting in season. \nYou need: Proper footwear.  Bright colors recommended.  Water and a snack. Signed Release Form. \nYour Dog needs: Properly fitting harness\, water and snacks. Signed Adventure Contract and EITHER – proof of up-to-date shots or OH Veterinary Release Form. \n**If this is your FIRST adventure\, please be to trail 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
